Voice of the Customer Surveys
Each time you purchase a Toyota forklift, you are invited to provide insight about your experience with ProLift, its personnel and the product performance. You will receive three surveys over a 12-month period.
Sales & Delivery
Received approximately 2 months after your new equipment delivery, this survey focuses on ProLift’s sales personnel and equipment delivery. Our goal is to ensure you were provided with the proper recommendations and had the equipment delivered when promised.
Service & Parts
Received approximately 6 months after delivery, this survey will inquire about the aftermarket support experience you are receiving from ProLift. Our goal is to provide you with accurate service estimates and have needed parts available.
Product Experience
Received approximately 12 months after delivery, this survey gives you the opportunity to share insight about the product quality and performance. Our goal is to have you recommend both ProLift and Toyota for future forklift need purchases.
